How do I complete/transfer orders?

New feature: Book Onyo redirection service directly!

If you want to end an order or transfer equipment to another person, you can initiate this directly in the onyo Portal. Depending on the case, you can also add the onyo rerouting service.

How it works

  1. Open the relevant order in the portal.
  2. Click on “End order”.
  3. Select the appropriate end date.
  4. Decide what should happen to the equipment:
    • Transfer to if the equipment is to be passed on to another person
    • another available option if the order should simply be ended
  5. If you want logistical support for the transfer, activate “Book onyo rerouting service”.
  6. Enter the email address of the receiving person and confirm your selection.

A service order will then be created automatically.

What is the onyo rerouting service?

With the onyo rerouting service, the transfer is organized and handled by onyo. If you select this service, a service order is automatically created.

The onyo rerouting service is especially useful if the transfer needs to be fast and straightforward. onyo takes care of the logistics—even if the original packaging is no longer available.

Interim storage

If the equipment cannot be transferred directly to another person, we also offer interim storage. This is useful, for example, if there is a time gap between return and reuse or if the receiving person has not yet been determined.

If you need interim storage, please contact our support team so we can organize the process according to your needs.

Internal transfer without onyo rerouting service

You can also transfer equipment internally to another person without using the onyo rerouting service. In this case, the transfer is processed directly.

Please note:
With an internal transfer without the onyo rerouting service, onyo does not document the condition of the equipment.

If you require a traceable condition check or documented transfer, we recommend using the onyo rerouting service.

Partial transfer

If you only want to transfer part of the equipment and the remaining items should stay with the current user, please enter the email address of the person who will continue using the remaining equipment.

Please note:
Partial transfers or partial terminations are currently not optimally supported in the system.

We are already working on improving how these cases are handled.

Important note on pricing

The prices shown in the automatically generated service order are initially provisional placeholders. The binding prices can be found in the price list in your profile.

How to find the price list:

Click your name in the top right → Profile → Legal Documents

Please note

  • The process is always initiated via “End order”.
  • Depending on the case, different options are available there, such as transfer, return, or other termination types.
  • Carefully review the end date before confirming.

Contact support if …

Please reach out to us if any of the following applies:

  • You cannot see the “End order” button
  • The displayed end date does not seem plausible
  • You need interim storage and it is not yet enabled for your account
  • You are unsure which option is the right one for your case
