Termination of an order

If an employee leaves the company before the end of the contract term or no longer needs the equipment, you can choose from the following options on the platform.

Important: The termination process must be completed by the 20th of the month for the contract to end at the end of that same month.

👤 Buyout Offer for Employees – The employee will receive a purchase offer at the email address linked to their account or at the email address you provide during the termination process. Tip: An employer contribution often increases acceptance rates and is frequently more cost-effective than covering the remaining rental payments.

💚 Use Return Credits – If return credits are included in your agreement, they can be used to cover the remaining rental payments, allowing the contract to be terminated early at no additional cost.

💰 Cover Remaining Rental Payments – If no other option applies, the outstanding rental payments can be paid off.

🚚 Transfer Equipment – The equipment can be reassigned to another employee within the company. If desired, onyo can handle the logistics—simply select the option "Book onyo Redirect Service".
